Hello, my name Kevin and my two sons used to have this Xbox 360 freezing problem that kept happening until I found your website. Its important I think to stress to everyone else out there that your company has helpful methods to fix their gaming systems instead of some of the things I found on the internet. Like that towel trick that looks like nothing more then an excuse to not only hurt the Xbox 360, but possibly yourself in the process. I would never offer that kind of advice to my children, especially after reading one kid electrocuted himself because of it.
Instead my boys and I watched your videos and fixed their Xbox 360 freezing issue in 45 minutes. So the "under an hour" guarantee that I thought was a gag actually is true to form, and I'm really impressed that someone actually does what they say their going to do. Not to mention the a money back guarantee if it doesn't work, but with all the videos you have to offer I don't see how anyone would not be able to fix their system unless they used that stupid towel trick.
For my own benefit I want to thank you for saving us all kinds of money not having to send it off to Microsoft. What a bunch of bull that they want to charge you $140 to fix the thing, not counting taxes and the shipping costs to get it there. Plus I've heard horror stories about them using refurbished parts to fix the systems which go bad as well. Who would ever want to go through the mess of all that business propaganda? Both of those reasons were probably my biggest assets to this whole thing, outside of making the kids happy.
Something that most people probably don't talk about when they thank you is the member's area. I mean having an Xbox 360 freezing problem is obviously common, but the help and updates are something I didn't even really pay attention that we were getting for our money. I even come by from time to time just to see whats going on in there since its updated constantly. Caleb and Brandon think I should start fixing them myself. I told them I'd leave all that up to you, and we would just worry about our own. Although after reading all about it, and checking out the cost of broken systems I can definitely see how people would make money. Hey, thanks again fellas.
